Ticket prices are as follows:

Conference Tickets

• $270.00 plus processing fee and GST
• $250.00 plus processing fee and GST for full time students. You will be asked to upload a copy of your student ID before you can check out

Purchase of this ticket entitles one person entry to the Birdlife Photography Biennial Conference on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March 2026. The final cut off date for conference registrations will be Sunday the 1st of March 2026. No requests for attendance will be accepted after this date. Morning, afternoon tea and lunch is included. Dietary requirements will be requested after checkout on the Humanitix website.

Conference Dinner

• $65 plus processing fee and GST a head (numbers are limited)

The conference dinner is a two course dinner - entree and main with alternate drops, held at the conference center on Saturday 7th March from 7pm. Drinks may be purchased at the bar. Due to the strong support for our Dinner and the need to confirm numbers for catering, the cut off date for dinner registrations will also be Sunday 1st of March 2026. No requests for attendance will be accepted after this date. Dietary requirements will be requested after checkout on the Humanitix website.

Field Trip Tickets: see Field Trips for details

• Are complimentary to ticketed delegates. While tickets are free they must also be ‘purchased’ after checkout on the Humanitix website. You will guided there automatically once payment has been processed. Car-pooling will apply and you will be asked to indicate if you either have seats available or require a seat when you complete the ticketing requirements.

• Some entry or parking fees for vehicles will apply on the day at some locations. See the Field Trip table for details (scroll down the page)

• For the Tidbinbilla field trip on Monday 9th March there is an option to hire a coach if numbers warrant it. There is a question about this after checkout on Humanitix.

Conference refund policy

The following refund policy applies:

– Less than 30 days notice: No refund

– 30-60 days notice: 50% refund

– More than 60 days notice: 80% refund
