OUR VISION
At Birdlife Photography
Our vision is to inspire and support photographers of Australian birds and to:
- Be a group that is accessible, supportive and educational for photographers of all skill levels.
- Assist members to develop their bird photography skills.
- Support BirdLife Australia in achieving its goals of bird and habitat conservation.
- Be the “go-to” provider of curated Australian bird images to support conservation, educational and scientific efforts.
- Promote ethical photographic behaviour and standards at all times.
Our program of Presenters for the 2026 Conference addresses our vision.
The National and Canberra Committees are pleased to present an outstanding panel of expert Speakers and hope all delegates are inspired and feel supported in their bird photography journey as a result of being exposed to this enthralling program.
JUST A FEW WORDS
About the conference
The Birdlife Photography Biennial Conference takes place over two days on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday night there is dinner in the same room for a separate cover charge. Each morning our keynote speaker will present and then follows five speakers each day featuring some of Australia’s top bird, wildlife photographers and citizen scientists. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served in the lounge area adjacent to the main conference room.
Spaces are limited, so book your place soon.
We hope to see you there!
